McNeeley (Neeley for short) Ann Moore is a New York-based writer and educator from East Tennessee. She received her BA in English literature with a minor in ESL education from The University of Tennessee and her master’s in curriculum and teaching from Teachers College at Columbia University. In 2021-22, she completed a Fulbright grant to Romania where she taught college-level classes and wrote a lot while looking out the windows of trains across Eastern Europe.
Neeley’s writing explores the themes of growing up, girlhood, and faith. She spends her time searching for the right words to describe the world around her and to capture the pursuit of all things good, beautiful, and true. In both her career and her life, her goal is to tell good stories and to educate others through the creative arts.
