peace like I’ve never known.
comfort & joy.
The same story is being told, over and over.
I am a firm believer in the “happy sad.” Clinging to the good while properly feeling the sad. However, growing up, Christmas was only good. Dad lighting fires. Sentiment and memories in the form of ornaments of trees. Sleeping by the warmth of trees. Memories of visiting Disney World, neighborhoods, and the Grand Ole Opry to see lights. Bundled up, warm, and together.
“You are placed by God in the most suitable circumstances . . . be content with such things as you have, since the Lord has ordered all things for your good” - Spurgeon.
creating, learning, and dreaming a lot these days. so I’m selling some prints!
